Lending Policy and Governance Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Policy and Governance Analyst assists in the oversight of pricing activities with respect to committee governance and the Pricing Operating policy for the team. they serves as a main point of contact for the department by responding to internal inquiries regarding procedures, regulatory requirements, and project status updates.

  • Partners closely with the Decision Sciences team, to ensure complete, consistent and accurate capturing and reporting with respect to governance and policies.

  • Serves as a point of contact for the department by responding to internal inquiries regarding procedures, regulatory requirements, and project status updates.

  • Assists in processing policy & governance assessments by analyzing data and identifying any plausible risks affecting the business and operations.

  • Prepares appropriate review memorandum summarizing liabilities and recommending follow-up evaluations


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Work Experience: 3+ years ; Model Governance, Project Management, Internal Control, or Internal Audit experience.

  • Ability to analyze risk and provide recommendations and/or resolutions to minimize risk.

  • Ability to build and foster internal relationships.

  • Ability to change direction as project demand dictates.

  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate instructions to others, summarize and articulate issues, and document findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to stay abreast of industry best practices, procedures, and techniques.

  • Ability to summarize, document, and communicate information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
