We are looking to hire a part-time position leading to full-time. Looking to fill Thursday, Friday & Saturday to start.

We are looking for an esthetician with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people. We are growing and are looking for someone to grow with us and who is willing to build their book of business.

C’est La Vie Day Spa offers result oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our clients can look and feel their best and are looking forward to returning.

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

● Performing Facials, Chemical Peels, Oxygen treatments, Waxing and other services on our clients

● Educating our clients on the best home care regimen for their skin from the brands we carry

● Following exact protocols for services

● Cleaning treatment room and equipment in between clients and at the end of the day

● Assisting with spa operations such as answering phone, greeting & cashing out clients, booking appointments as well as helping with laundry and overall cleaning/disinfecting of the spa

The position requires:

● Proficient at extracting

● 1 year minimum experience working as an esthetician

● Warm and professional appearance and demeanor

● Comfort in marketing our services to attract new clients (social media)

● Positive energy

● Fast learner & adept as following instructions

● Answering phone and scheduling appointments if needed

● Strong attention to detail and follow-through

● Outgoing, go-getter personality

● A valid CT esthetics license

● Valid Liability Insurance Coverage

● Dependable transportation

The ideal candidate:

● A self-starter who does not require micromanagement

● Comfortable with learning new client management systems

● Basic understanding of technology

● Reliable, responsible, accountable, clean

● Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent

● Passionate about the esthetics industry and learning

● Knowledge of Sorella Apothecary and Environ skincare a plus
