Position Title – Licensed Medicare Sales
Pay – $30/hr
Hours – In store 4 days/week; Remote 1 day/week | M-F; 8 AM to 5 PM - 40 hours
Locations – Remote/on-site - MUST live within 60 miles of the stores

Required Info – *The most important factor is this is a Medicare field sales experience, NOT call center sales. They have to have Medicare sales experience, field sales experience and Community/Provider marketing experience. (In-person presentations) - In-depth product and sales training provided

Terms – 6 - 12 months contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• The Licensed Medicare Sales sells and promotes Medicare products by coordinating and delivering formal sales presentations to individuals and consumer groups, arranging private consultations at retail or in the customer’s home or venue of choice, and making outbound phone calls to prospects
• The Licensed Medicare Sales follows up on new sales leads, referrals, and conducts own prospecting and lead generation activities
• The Licensed Medicare Sales qualifies and educates prospective members on product, pricing and services, and facilitates enrollment
• The Licensed Medicare Sales identifies opportunities to educate about the Medicare journey and its products within the assigned territory through relationship building with contracted medical providers, senior organizations, and other community leaders

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Medicare insurance sales experience
• Community and Provider Marketing, Medicare portfolio sales, Insurance license as required by state law
• Must be able to staff retail locations as required
• Bachelor's Degree, Licensed Health Insurance Agent
