OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be assisting in the delivery of nursing services to residents, charting using precision and timeliness, and collaborating with a team of healthcare providers to best serve our residents. The care team will be taught how to provide high quality care to our residents thanks to the guidance and coaching you provide. You will promote positive outcomes for each of our residents using the diverse knowledge and relational skills you bring with you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Unencumbered license as an LPN in the state in which our facility is located.

- Experience working in a senior living facility.

- Demonstrated knowledge of the nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric, long-term care, and dementia residents.

- Comfortability and experience in determining resident health needs (this is an assessment skill we highly covet and actively look for in a good candidate)

JOB DUTIES:

- Employ the basics: strong organization, written communication, time management.

- Actively evaluate and identify evolving health needs of our residents via resident assessments.

- Ensure a safe and effective medication administration system with our Med Techs.

- Assist with teaching and training all unlicensed staff, build a team you are proud of!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
