Line Cook

Looking for an energetic self-starter who wants join our team and increase their kitchen knowledge working in a first-class kitchen with experienced professionals. Full time position, rotating days, nights and weekends and some holidays. Great pay and full benefits including, insurance, vacation and retirement.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

· Must have a passion for exceeding member expectations with commitment to excellence and high-quality member and guest experience.

· Responsible for making sure all food is of the highest quality before leaving the kitchen

· Experience with cold displays with an eye to presentation

· Cover, date and neatly store all meats, poultry, seafood and other food items

· Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations

· Expedites food orders during service hours

· Assist in preparation of house made dressings, sauces, and garnishes

· Knowledge of or experience in baking a plus

· Assist with other duties as assigned by Executive and Sous Chef

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
