We, CoCo Ichibanya, are currently hiring motivated and energetic Part-time candidates for a Prep Cook/ Line Cook.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Food Prep
• Operate manual or electric kitchen appliances
• Store and label foods according to Health Department regulations
• Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary environment
• Line cook
• Operate fryer and cook on stove tops
• Maintains and handles store equipment with care.
• Prepares foods, plates dishes properly, pours curry sauce over rice and prepares toppings.
• Prepares curry sauce, toppings and rice and oversees preparation thereof
• Cleaning, Sweeping, Mopping, Brushing

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Possess CA Food Handler Certificate
• Enjoys working in a team
• Must be able to work weekends, holiday and closing hours.
• Salary: $19-$21 per hour (INCLUDING TIPS)
• 100-120hrs per month
