Job description

Primary Responsibilities and Duties Including But Not Limited To

· Follow batch record instructions and specifications for filling various products

· Fill batch records out with the correct information

· Deposit scrap materials in appropriate location

· Operate cap tightening, sealers and other machinery in liquid area

· Placing and removing bottles onto and off of conveyors

· Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s)

· Start turn-tables & conveyor equipment at the beginning of the day & shutting them down at the end of the day

· Keep all work areas clean and deposit scrap/damaged materials in appropriate location

· Visually Inspect finished goods in line

· Check to ensure containers are damage free

· Clean and prepare equipment for use

· Remove safety hazards promptly i.e. broken glass etc.

· Clean Liquid Department, following room cleaning SOP

· Follow Good Documentation Practice

· Work on an assembly line and keep pace continuous

· Be on a team of 3-5 people, or sometimes be asked to work productively alone

Education/Certification/Experience Required

· High School Diploma or GED

· Basic Math Skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and Legible Handwriting

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift 20 lbs repeatedly

· Ability to stand for 8 hours

· Proficient manual dexterity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
