Loader – McCordsville, INWe are hiring! Southwark Metal, a local metal fabrication plant, is hiring full-time loaders for our warehouse position in McCordsville, IN.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Forklift experience
- Good basic reading and math skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to build neat and sturdy skids and racks without damage to products
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Dexterity and eye-hand coordination
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
