Job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the users and systems on-site
• Acting as the focal point for all IT related topics, that have to be done on-site
• Carrying out 1st level support tasks (errors, changes and enhancements) related to hardware, software, and user management
• Processing IT tickets in the ticket system
• Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows clients (laptops and PCs) and peripherals
• Installing, configuring and maintaining multi-function devices and printers on the network
• Maintaining the IT inventory in the existing system tools
• Building and maintaining the hardware in employee work centers
• Set-up and support of the employees' IT workstations
• Installing, commissioning and providing support for mobile devices (e.g. handheld scanners)
• Providing support for internal IT projects

Minimum Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in information technology or similar field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in IT field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a salary position, working Monday-Friday.

Must be able to commute between our Plymouth and Southfield locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
