This position is responsible for overseeing day-today operations and management of an agriculture retail facility that handles some or all of the following: agronomy, grain, and feed mill operations. The Location Manager will direct, promote and coordinate operations in a manner that will optimize the company's safety program, efficiency, customer service, market share, mission, and goals. The Location Manager engages in open communication with the management staff on strategic issues affecting the facilities, while also developing and supporting relationships with the retailer's customer base.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage daily operations of the facility.

• Providing outstanding service to all customers for the Location

• Managing the elevator or feed mill to maximize operational efficiency and profit

• Overseeing facility compliance with OSHA and cooperative safety program

• Supervising daily logistic activities associated with location operation.

• Supervision – establish and communicate goals and results to employees, staff the location and delegate the workload, support employee growth, and uphold cooperative policies.

• Manage location maintenance and safety records

• Communicate information regarding products and services with customers.

• Attend all company meetings deemed necessary by management.

Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Ag. Business/related field or equivalent applicable work experience

• Min. 2 years of management experience or previous ag retail experience

• Proven record of outstanding customer service

• Proficient verbal, written, and computer skill

• Acute attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.

• Valid driver’s license
