About the Opportunity

The New York Center for Innovative Medicine (NYCIM) seeks a responsible and organized professional with attention to detail. The individual will be responsible for monitoring inventory and managing the shipping process. This position is ideal for a person who likes to own a project, have control of their schedule, and work with little supervision.

Szulc, MD, the center offers a comprehensive suite of sophisticated medical options, from conventional therapies to holistic treatments and lifestyle adjustments. Many of the sophisticated therapies and modalities employed are not found in any other medical clinics and that level of specialty attracts patients from all over the globe.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and document all shipments (including medical supplies, supplements, office supplies, water, etc.)

• Stock inventory in appropriate areas

• Keep track of all inventory levels and input in our computer system

• Place orders with supplement suppliers and create purchase orders in our computer system

• Pack and ship client orders daily and provide tracking information

• Provide weekly reports on items with low inventory, soon to expire, and how many shipments went out

• Other small tasks as needed

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years in a professional setting

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to lift 40lbs or more

• Multitasking skills

• Problem-solving skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
