Company Position Title: Logistics Analyst

Department: Corporate Logistics/Sales

Reports to: Corporate Logistics/Sales Manager

Standardize HHE USA warehouse operations and procedures in accordance with Hankyu Management System of quality and customer service satisfaction

• Continually improve (Kaizen) practices from PCDA cycle for Quality Warehouse Management
• Prepare monthly management reports for senior management review
• Maintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of operational evaluation and improvements tracking KPI/KGI’s
• Analyze customer requirements and assist with quotation and operational implementation as needed
• Participate in both branch and corporate sales projects and quarterly online meetings
• Establish and maintain relationships with various offices, vendors, and customers
• Knowledge and implementation skills of 3S/5S is important

• 
  Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager and/or the Company
• Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace
• Report immediately all irregular issues and problems to supervisor/manager for solution
• Maintain good communication with management, staff members and outside contacts/vendors
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain mandatory E-learning courses as required

Essential Job Traits

Accuracy, attention to detail, good communication skills both verbal and written, Japanese a plus but not mandatory, confidentiality, computer literate, listening for understanding and time management required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Three to five years of previous experience in a similar position and a proven track record is preferred but can consider entry level as well.
