The Sill is seeking a Logistics Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have experience using systems such as Shipstation, NetSuite, Google Suite, Slack, and others. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various areas of logistics for our retail and e-commerce operations.

Location: This role requires some travel within Tri-State area. Candidates from New York, New Jersey and surrounding areas will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily and weekly inventory adjustments for both retail and 3PL needs, ensuring accuracy and providing feedback to relevant parties for larger adjustments in real-time.
  • Finalize all retail transfer orders in collaboration with store management, reconciling order quantities within NetSuite to confirm "on hand availability" and pushing data to fulfillment centers.
  • Support communication and logistics for warehouse locations, including inventory reviews, logistics, and order management.
  • Coordinate all movement of product from 3PLs as well as transfer orders to retail stores.
  • Manage bi-weekly transport for hard good transfer orders, booking transportation, and managing real-time communication with dispatch and drivers.
  • Book all international freight, initiating the bid process, and support the customs clearance process and final mile logistics.
  • Receive all hard good orders (planters, soil, etc.) into 3PL systems.
  • Review all live inventory for accuracy, ensuring data is up-to-date at the end of each fiscal period.
  • Coordinate corporate order details with relevant 3PLs.
  • Manage the daily cold weather communications to internal and external support teams.
  • Own order management for liners, heat packs, etc
  • Support NYC retail with store supply needs, coordinating inbound to 24/7, and owning the supply budget and frequency of buys.
  • Coordinate ship tests with relevant 3PLs.
  • Support all inventory needs for in-store workshops and events, managing inventory flow and transportation.
  • Support Retail Ops by managing waste removal, acting as a direct contact with vendors.
  • Manage all IT assets and inventory, supporting the team with any IT-related inquiries or issues.
  • Manage the off-site storage facility holding most IT hard goods and store equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or related fields.
  • Experience with systems such as Shipstation, NetSuite, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Salary Range: $50,000-$75,000
