As a Logistics Consultant, you will execute full sales lifecycle processes from pre-work, detailed discovery conversations, and informative meetings in order to identify the needs of prospective clients and perform as a trusted advisor for their forwarding needs.

• Prior business-to-business sales experience is preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Present OEC Group's services: Ocean Import/Export (LCL & FCL), Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking (LTL & FTL), Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage
• Leverage the power of our CRM to manage your work-life balance and pipeline with pre-generated leads
• Seek out new clients through prospecting and networking (cold calling, electronic media, virtual meetings, in-person presentations, etc)
• Collaborate with our internal departments such as Operations and Customer Service, as well as our overseas offices
• Travel locally for client meetings and presentations

Salary:

• $20-$26/hour base salary dependent on industry and sales experience, plus uncapped commissions.
