Supervise the execution of material handling, warehouse organization, production order picking, inventory control, stores , inbound and outbound freight., within Honeywell [SBG]. You will operate within the existing material control systems and process and provide guidance to direct reports on clearly defined objectives. You will manage the team to meet the customer’s needs in terms of delivery, inventory, cost and quality. You will build up team capability and lead continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
  • Develop and optimize material management procedures
  • Hiring and training of warehouse associates
  • Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
  • Determine and track most important warehouse KPI’s
  • Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
  • Improve Honeywell Operating System maturity
  • Health, Safety and Environment compliance
  • Annual cost and target reduction
  • Develop talent resources
YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of Warehouse Supervisor experience or similar role

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
