Job Description
The Loyalty Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, management and execution of the Loyalty Program including development and implementation of acquisition/retention/conversion strategies, program communication strategies and guest engagement with the program. This position is responsible for the promotional planning and coordination of bonus points events, special loyalty offers, and other program management needs for the loyalty program. Through this work, the Loyalty Marketing Coordinator will help grow our membership base, improve customer engagement, and company profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of Contentful/CMS including dashboard updates
- Coordinate promotions across multiple teams including Creative to maintain consistency in voice for website, email, In Store Signage, Social Media, etc.
- Work closely with the Email/SMS teams, Brand/Marketing teams, Store Operations, Customer Service and Pricing teams
- Manage loyalty lifecycle campaigns and communications for In Store Signage
- Work with external vendors throughout entire process
- Coordinate and execute loyalty program offer testing
- Support the loyalty team with ad hoc creative needs such as new Clubs, etc.
- Assist in Vendor funded email campaigns, including fact checking and document restructuring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar field required
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Retail or similar
- 2 year+ loyalty program marketing experience required
- Demonstrated experience with digital media and direct marketing programs required experience with CRM systems and strategies preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Attention to detail and experience making data-driven decisions
- Ability to wear many hats and work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Jira, Contentful, Bitly
