Job description
Pearl Motor Company is looking to bring on a new Tire and Lube technician to join our team, and compliment our Service Lane. We offer competitive pay, benefits and great hours!
The main responsibilities for this role will include:
- Changing oil and filters in customer vehicles.
- Changing all air filters (cabin, engine) when necessary.
- Performing a multi point vehicle inspection on every vehicle in the Service Lane.
- Making additional maintenance recommendations based on findings.
- Installation and maintenance of customers tires.
- Performing tire rotations and check air pressures.
- Cleaning up any dirt /oil left on or in vehicles.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills in the event you need to talk to the customer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- tire and lube: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
