8 Hour Shifts│3PM-11PM|DailyPay Partner

Upland Rehabilitation Care Center is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing and subacute facility featuring 198 beds located in Upland, CA. We are looking to fill in the LVN position for our evening shift. We have 4 Stations of patient care to help best fit your interests and we are constantly looking for great employees to promote!

Duties:

• Provide primary care to specific residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians or the Medical Director of the facility, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of this state and the policies and goals of this facility.
• Administer medications as directed by resident’s physician.

Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN in California.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must pass pre-employment back ground check and physical.
