NextLevel staff is seeking Machine Operators for a Spring Manufacturing Warehouse which has two locations one in Grand Prairie and the other in Fort Worth by (EULESS). Employees will be responsible for operating light to medium-duty machinery.

Pay: $15.40-$17.15 depending on shift

Shifts:

2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday)

3rd shift 10pm-6:30am (Sunday-Thursday)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to):

• Read, understand and implement control plan instructions for the production
• Read, understand and implement the instructions on the production order
• Rewire of machines with raw materials
• Assure run speeds are maintained. Communicate to Setter when adjustments are needed
• Assure scrap rates are met. Communicate to Setter when adjustments are needed.
• Maintain proper lot control and product identification
• Perform SAP confirmation reporting
• Support the Packers to assure they have the tools, equipment and documentation needed to perform their duties.
• Assure proper set up, operation and maintenance of all inspection equipment assigned to your area

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Ability to work with machines and tools
• Knowledge and ability to read blue prints
• Knowledge and ability to set up and use all assigned inspection equipment
• 6months+ of experience as an Operator in the manufacturing industry

Pay: $15.40 - $17.25 per hour

Experience:

• Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
