Menzner Hardwoods Company is seeking long-term career employees interested in production / manufacturing for resaw and moulder operator positions. We are looking for hardworking, motivated, and dependable employees.

Duties may include reviewing orders and setting up moulder machine to the correct profile, and providing direction for the Moulder Crew. Ensures compliance with quality specifications and inspect material. Keep records on what material is run and other duties as required.

Qualifications: Candidates must be 18 years old, physically capable of lifting / maneuvering up to 30 lbs regularly, be capable of standing for 8 hours / shift, work well with coworkers in a team environment, and have solid work tenure in prior employment.

First Shift Hours: 6:30am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday. Second Shift Hours: 2:30pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday. Second shift has a $0.75 shift premium. Shifts include a 10 minute paid break and 15 minute paid lunch. Overtime hours are required as needs arise.
