Masis Staffing is seeking candidates for Parcel/Mail Sorters.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! OPEN POSITIONS FOR 1ST AND 2ND SHIFTS.

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious individuals for an immediate start! Must be willing to work 6 days/Wk.

Mail/Package Sorter Responsibilities:
-Receiving incoming packages and sorting packages.
-Reviewing dates, addresses, barcodes, and other postage information for all outbound mail.
-Inspecting packages for tampering, damage, and suspicious contents.
-Sorting and categorizing packages by hand and operating processing machines.
-Redirecting mislabeled or illegible mail for returns.

Presorter:
Prepare outgoing metered mail by reviewing proper date, postage, and good quality barcodes prior to being placed into production.
Communicate errors and recognize bad barcodes found in the mail.
Troubleshoot and remove mail piece jams from machine.
Perform all additional duties as required.

Material Handler Requirements:

-Excellent organizational skills.
-Attention to detail.
-Able to stand for long periods of time, operate processing machinery, and lift bins.

-The ability to work overtime which may include weekends or a different shift with little or no advance notice.

-The ability to be dependable and reliable.
