Suisan is looking for a new team member to help ensure our vehicle and equipment maintenance records are logged accurately and correctly. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and willing to work independently and as part of a great team!

Responsibilities:

• Create repair work orders for mechanics and assign them as directed by the Fleet Manager.
• Collect parts invoices from mechanics regularly throughout the day and complete the respective purchase order (PO) with accurate parts and cost information.
• Makes sure all parts orders are assigned a PO number, and the PO numbers are recorded on the parts invoices.
• Assist with vehicle registrations and title transfers.
• Perform various general clerical duties, including maintaining paper and electronic files.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
• Administrative or Office experience preferred.
• Basic computer and Internet skills.
