As a Maintenance Director, you will:

· Plan and establish routine preventive maintenance programs to keep the center in exceptional condition

· Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment

· Monitor renovations and remodeling projects

Qualifications for a Maintenance Director:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· One year of technical training school (preferred)

· Technical knowledge and mechanical ability to maintain, repair, and/or rebuild mechanical and electrical equipment

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
