Job description

TECO currently has one opening for a Maintenance Planner to maintain all maintenance equipment records, work orders, oil sample reports, boiler certificates, and computerized maintenance system. Other essential duties and responsibilities include leading weekly maintenance planning meeting and other meetings as necessary, working with group supervisors to plan large outages, resolve scheduling and planning issues, create job plans and material lists, and generate reports. Also coordinates the ordering and scheduling of all temporary personnel for the Maintenance department, and scheduling of general maintenance contractors to ensure parts and people availability align with planned maintenance. This individual will also look for ways to improve maintenance department efficiency and generate reports for maintenance management review. Other duties as assigned by management.

Five years related experience and/or training plus high school diploma or GED required. Other skills and abilities include working knowledge of plant machinery and equipment. Must be dependable, a good communicator, and have strong interpersonal skills. Physical requirements: ability to sit/stand/walk/climb stairs, lift and/or move up to 50lbs, ability to talk/hear, vision requirements include close/distance/peripheral/color/depth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,037.92 - $82,685.49 per year
