MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Sacramento

Lewis Apartment Communities currently seeks an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for our beautiful *apartment community in Sacramento, CA, Evergreen Park*.
You will help maintain this beautiful community, creating a safe and well-running environment for our residents and staff. Great opportunity to join a team dedicated to customer service.
To be successful, you should have skills in all aspects of general maintenance including:

• Strong all-around maintenance skills in the apartment industry
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, stoves, washers/dryers, etc.) installation and repair
• Making ready units for new occupancy
• Maintaining units of current residents
• Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities

Other details: This career requires a valid CA driver’s license. All of the tools to do your job will be provided by Lewis.
