Summary/Objective

Provide maintenance services to keep machines running and minimize downtime.

Essential Functions

• Complete preventive maintenance as scheduled on common machines
• Confirm preventive maintenance is up to date on operator specific machines
• Repair machines and assist outside vendors to keep machines running
• Maintain stock for oils, coolants, filters and general maintenance supplies
• Make hydraulic hoses as required
• Maintain hydraulic pumps and motors, machine, fittings and materials
• Trouble shooting contacts and relays
• Ability to read machine blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Clean and provide upkeep for the building, performs basic cleaning services, operates cleaning equipment
• Create a PO request for any maintenance supplies or parts for approval by the Maintenance Manager

Preferred Experience

4+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with PLC experience and HVAC. Controls experience with Hydenhyne, Fanuc and Seimens. Drive experience with Selca and Mitsubishi.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
