We are in search of an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our award winning team at Charleston Apartments. $1,000 sign on bonus!
Daily duties will include but not limited to grounds, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting/sheetrock, and appliance repair.
We do require that you are HVAC certified, EPA Type I and II or Universal and must have a valid driver's license.
