How You Will Make an Impact

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. In the Financial Planning & Analysis role, your analytical and reporting skills will guide our executive team’s decision making and sustain the financial health of our company. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to make data based decisions to manage our business so that we can continue to innovate and deliver a world-class sales and service experience.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • Developing repeatable, effective reporting based on variance analysis
  • Developing and maintaining required processes
  • Providing consistent reporting and analysis to leadership related to budget, benchmarks and group results.
  • Over time building and leading a small team of 3-4 people to assist with all financial planning and analysis
  • Effectively communicating with manager and executive team
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and someone who is process driven
  • Ability to be an effective individual contributor and member of a team
  • Previous experience in financial analysis or cost accounting
  • Experience with budget development and adherence
  • Leadership disposition to guide and develop a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time
  • Computer, email and internet proficiency
