The Manager, HR is responsible for ensuring HR policies, procedures and practices are compliant with all relevant state and federal guidelines. The Manager, HR is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Talent while working effectively across other departments to enhance service delivery.
This position will sit in Denver, CO and contingent upon contract award.
What You’ll Do:
Track staffing requests, while ensuring adherence to the appropriate yearly budget
Ensure proper procedure is followed throughout the hiring, termination, promotion processes
Provide day-to-day guidance, hands-on support, and developmental guidance to Talent and Ride Right HR team
Ensure the appropriate professional and technical competencies exist within the teams to provide exceptional customer service and administration of developed plans
Manage full service recruitment process for hourly and exempt positions in all areas of business
What You’ll need:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
3+ years of experience in the field of human resources operations, labor law, Unions, compliance, and auditing required
Even better if you have...
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field such as human resources or business administration
Excellent support and customer service skills
Ability to work with multiple situations and handle diverse issues
Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to effectively lead in a changing environment
Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision-making
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Proven experience demonstrating implementation and management skills in
Ability to abide by MTM’s policies
Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work, including travel as needed
Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Regular attendance is required

Salary Range:
Salary Min: $ 85k
Salary Max: $ 100k
