Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered with a prominent manufacturing facility located in Whitehall, Michigan. Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is looking to fill openings for several hourly positions including machine operators, inspectors, and assemblers. The ideal candidate will be open to working all shifts including weekends.

Job Summary: Manufacturing Associate

• · $19.04-$19.50 per hour
• · All shifts available (including weekend crew)
• · Direct Hire from day one
• · Health benefits available after 90 days of employment

Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:

• · High School Diploma or GED
• · Minimum of two (2) years post high school manufacturing experience
• · Legally authorized to work in the United States

Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities:

• · Operate molding press, assembly machine or other equipment
• · Perform quality inspection on parts produced
• · Packaging parts and complete all paperwork required
• · Follow all safety procedures
• · Read and follow work instructions and procedures for operations

Manufacturing Associate Requirements:

• · Must be physically capable of safely lifting 40 pounds without assistance
• · Standing and bending for long periods of time as require
• · Requires repetitive movement
