About the Manufacturing Associate Role:
The Manufacturing Associate position is a great starting place to grow your career into a Machine Operator or more! The Manufacturing Associate, essential in a variety of ways, will:
- Assist team members, including Machine Operators, on many different tasks
- Perform essential functions, including handling of pallets, bundled and non-bundled corrugated
- Help Machine Operators and other team members ensure packaging quality
- Collaborate and contribute to the team environment
- Require flexibility on shifts. There is a pay differential offered on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Require lifting and stacking of boxes weighing up to 45 lbs. and must enjoy a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Require ability to read and write in English for the safe and effective performance of the job
