As a Manufacturing Engineer I at EPS, you will work collaboratively with our team of experts to develop manufacturing processes and documentation. You will analyze the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring technology and presenting process improvements to help us achieve our mission of powering upward mobility with smarter, safer, more reliable, lighter, and certifiable batteries.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and experience in manufacturing environments. Experience in the use of 3D design software, such as SolidWorks, is a must. Preferred qualifications include experience in aerospace battery design and 1-3 years of experience in a new product design manufacturing setting.
