What does a Manufacturing Process Engineer do at Swire Coca-Cola?
At Swire, Process Engineers lead the work of identifying and driving out losses through the development of standards and systems. They support the daily activities of the production line(s) and/or processing areas. They are also responsible for building long-term capability into the manufacturing process, systems, and technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies
  • Manage delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects
  • Collaborate with technical experts, other functions and other manufacturing sites to identify and create best solutions
  • Create learning programs and coach/train technicians
  • Create and improve standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the production line(s)
  • Understand and work with state-of-the-art automated equipment
  • Study, evaluate and determine best approach to eliminate manufacturing losses and make plans to implement accordingly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business-related field, preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Desired fluency in English. Bilingual in Spanish beneficial
  • Must have ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to motivate and lead others
  • Must have a desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with technicians and equipment
  • Up to 80% travel required during IWS deployment and up to 25% travel following deployment activities

Base pay range is $58,000 to $78,000 plus bonus structure. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
