GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure a quality part is produced, with ZERO Defects, as directed in the part Job Book. To support and direct a team of Quality Technicians and Quality Directors in ensuring a zero defect goal is met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and direct Quality Techs and Final Auditors as follows.
- Responsible for quality of parts produced, with a goal of ZERO Defects.
- Ensure all inspection and measurement of all technical and aesthetic requirements per the control plan.
- Ensure all inspection data is recorded, as required by control plan, in the SPC database
- Responsible for training new Associates and validating the training.
- Ensure receiving inspections on all audit pass through items (e.g. Centrex, Jeffersonville, Brampton, etc.) are performed
- Ensure audits of the job books are performed and report any findings to the responsible Quality Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
- High-level of visual awareness.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
- Strong attention to detail.
