To help us fulfill these missions, we are looking for a customer-obsessed and analytical Marketing Manager to create innovative and engaging customer experiences across our website & mobile devices.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be a leader on the Launchpad and Handmade Marketing Team, responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by 1) executing campaigns that feature new Launchpad and Handmade products, 2) creating visually stunning and effective stories, and 3) developing messaging, content, and creative strategies to increase shopper engagement. You will also play an active role in executing and planning promotional shopping events in support of our community of small selling partners.
You’ll have an eye for compelling merchandising, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous content testing. You will hold a high bar for measurement of merchandising activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across the Launchpad and Handmade Marketing Team as well as other consumer teams. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, self-starter and comfortable working effectively & independently in a deadline-driven work environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns to the Launchpad landing pages including new product launch support and seasonal promotional campaigns
- Optimizing content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results, sharing best practices, and forming recommendations for next steps
- Collaborating across business lines and with internal teams to manage calendar and share of voice allocation across high visibility placements
- Communication of promotional activities with other internal teams as well as externally with our community of Selling Partners
- Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and influence product roadmap to help scale operations
- Partnering with our marketing and content teams to craft and execute promotional events
- Identifying opportunities for scheduling and process efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally to implement them
• Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to online customers • Experience managing large amounts of data • Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs • Understanding and use of web metrics to measure performance Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
