Do you hold fragrances close to your heart and when looking at trends are constantly thinking about
what is next and why? As a Marketing Manager in our Fragrance division, you will provide
competitive-edge marketing to support commercial and development objectives in what is a very
creative and sophisticated industry. Utilizing your market understanding and consumer knowledge,
you will be a category expert and have the opportunity to share your expertise with our clients.

- Collaborate with Sales and Evaluation to support customer projects and establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs
- Create and deliver compelling client presentations that provide inspiration and support the client’s business strategy
- Build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories which can include Personal Care, Hair Care, Home Care (Household and Air), and/or Fabric Care
- Conduct gap analyses to effectively identify and communicate opportunities for given brands, clients or categories
- Provide support to marketing, sales, evaluation and perfumery by monitoring, synthesizing and
- Ideate new concepts and directions to help our clients leverage the ‘fragrance’ elements of their brand/positioning
- Provide marketing and graphic support for proactive marketing programs and projects
- Monitor new launch activity, identifying trends, synthesis and disseminate market information
- Communicate marketing programs and messages to all internal commercial and development stakeholders
- Coordinate inspiration sessions with internal creative teams showcasing new trends

Your profile includes:
- University Degree/Business/Marketing or (or equivalent)
- 7+ years of experience in industry, in marketing preferred.
- Effectively manages multiple priorities and projects under time/budget constraints
- Thrives in a creative and dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a team, effectively interact with all departments and be a self-starter
- Demonstrates knowledge and passion for fragrance products, trends, and key customers
- Builds and maintains internal cross-functional relationships; exposure to clients
- Ability to analyze consumer data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding
- Develops and delivers presentations internally and to clients
- Availability to travel domestically to visit clients and trade shows
