Essential Job Functions:

• Work closely with the Varsity All Star Marketing Director on division initiatives that support our all star strategies, including national, regional and brand-level campaigns
  • Assist with written corporate messaging as needed
  • Present and test new ways to share our brand story, engage with customers and drive resultsÂ
  • Assist in content curation, strategy and execution of marketing needs for key End-of-Season events
• Serve as point of contact for regional marketing needs
  • Assist with managing content for websites
  • Collaborate with regional offices to assist with content to support events
  • Create & execute campaigns to drive registrations and all star participation at the regional level
  • Collaborate with streaming partners on content curation and event marketing support while serving as a liaison between them and the region
  • Develop various Salesforce reports to pull event information and details
  • Manage the marketing calendar for the assigned region(s)
  • Coordinate with event photographers to capture imagery for regional events
  • Serve as on-site marketing lead for regional & End-of-Season events
• Utilize social media to assist with building our brands, developing relationships with customers, and promoting key initiatives across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with social media lead on a monthly content plan for social media
  • Actively participate in Social Media monitoring/responding BAND
• Familiarity of emerging digital platforms & trends

Additional Job Functions:

• Lead a content crew on site at events as necessary
• Participate on various committees, special projects
• Interface with and assist our Varsity TV partners

Physical Demands and/or Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. Largely a sedentary in-office role with the exception of travel to live events.

Travel

Travel and attendance at staff meetings, events & trainings is required. Travel may include overnight stays.

Education, Certification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred
• Background in all star cheerleading and/or dance
• 1-3 years of marketing or communications experience preferred
