We are currently seeking an experienced Master Planner for our St. Clair Shores, Michigan location. The successful candidate will be responsible for the scheduling of production builds, outside processing and trucking requirements to meet customer releases with 100% on time delivery.

This is a day shift position - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Schedule production builds
• Schedule and monitor all outside processing
• Coordinate and schedule all trucking requirements
• Access, review and monitor all EDI customer releases/requirements
• Manage all sort and rework processes
• Maintain Plex system with part numbers and standard pack setup
• Schedule and manage all cycle counts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates degree in related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 5-7 years of experience in materials with an automotive manufacturer
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
• Working knowledge of routings and bill of materials
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including Customers and Suppliers
• Working knowledge of MRP
