Service First Staffing is hiring for a local Green Bay company for a Mechanic/Vehicle Technician. They are looking for reliable individuals with some background in this area. Pay is based off of background. Vehicles that are serviced include semis, tractor trailer combinations, g-vans and step-vans. If interested please contact us at 920-569-1535.

Job Duties:

• Ability to use scan tool and laptop technology
• Follow reasonable instructions from shift leader
• Ability to work independently and/ or with team
• Perform routine truck inspections and maintenance of fleet equipment
• Help maintain an effective and clean work environment
• Must have own tools or ability to obtain own tools to complete all job functions
• Welding and torch experience is a plus but not required
• Other duties as assigned

Notes:

• Multiple shifts available - 2nd shift main role needed
• Experienced Technician $26 - $28
• Advanced Tecnician $29 - $33
• Monday - Friday

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• Must be able to spend a minimum of eight hours on feet
• Work environment involves ability to bend, kneel, crouch, walk and drive
• Work environment may involve hazards such as diesel exhaust, brake dust, grease, antifreeze, and other elements associated with vehicle repair
