Face-2-Face Talent Solutions supports hiring for Raytheon Missiles & Defense, and we're helping them fill multiple Mechanical Design Engineer openings across all levels in multiple locations. **$5k-$30k sign-on bonus available depending on experience**

Mechanical Design Engineers will design, integrate, and test mechanical-focused hardware using computer-aided design, mechanical analyses, and consistent coordination and communication across teams to ensure successful hardware performance, usually demonstrated through flight tests. This role may also include leading teams in the completion of above tasks.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Engineering Science, Math, or other Engineering discipline
- Mechanical design, development and/or text experience, preferably in defense or aerospace
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
