As a global ministry, we are seeking a Christ-centered Full Time Media Production Assistant who is called to be part of our team and skilled to help increase Faith Life’s global reach. If this sounds like your ministry calling, keep reading to see if we’re a match!

The basic role of a Media Production Assistant is facilitate training for both dream team and staff, in technical aspects of production. In addition to this, you would also create and maintain schedules of Dream Team members and other volunteers, ensure that the Media Dream Team perform duties as assigned and oversee the archival process of footage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, schedule, and train Production Dream Team across New Albany and Powell Campuses
• Assists Director for services/events.
• Oversees services/events as Service Director as needed
• Assist with media setup, tear down, and any other needs for services, webinars, tv tapings, and special events
• Research, install, and upkeep of system components of ProPresenter computers
• Oversee footage and audio recording being properly archived
• Research solutions to the ministries growing production file management needs
• Oversees transcription of service messages and special events
• Perform administrative duties for the FLC Media Dream team
• Assists with equipment installs, and stage redesigns as it pertains to production
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production equipment as necessary
• Prepare reports, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication with staff, vendors, and volunteers alike
• Great organizational skills and ability to keep track of schedules and projects
• Willfully adaptive to last minute changes
• Demonstrate the ability to receive and apply constructive criticism
• Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and calm under pressure and during change
• Highly motivated with the ability to work and complete tasks unsupervised
• Solution oriented and creative problem solver
• Valid OH drivers license

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year or more experience in a similar role
