Medical/Administrative Assistant Full Time Hours: 8:30 to 5:00pm/32-40 hours per week. This will be a "hybrid" position encompassing clinical and administrative work. Must have a working knowledge of medical office operations, as well as, third party insurances, CPT and ICD10 codes. There is a potential for traveling to some of our satellite offices; must have a driver's license and vehicle; travel is compensated. It is an evolving role so flexibility is essential and the right person must be willing to grow with the role. Experience with Athenahealth and hospital systems navigation would be helpful. The role will require candidate to form a working relationship with not only on-site co-workers and physicians but our off-site circle of care team. We will be entering into value-based kidney care for 2023 so attention to detail is a must. We do this by putting nephrologists at the center of care and continuing to build on our data, analytics, and deep understanding of kidney care. *Qualifications* * Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred) * At least (2) two years of relevant medical assistant experience in a physician office/clinic with broad understanding of physician clinic operations. * Software-Proficient in Internet Navigation, Microsoft Word, Outlook, EHR/EMR, (AthenaNet preferred) and hospital-based systems. * Comply with all HIPAA, OSHA, Compliance, and IT standards and policies.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
