Job description

The Medical Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to doctors and other medical professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical setting and should be an organized, detail-oriented individual who has a passion for helping others. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining electronic medical files, communicating with other medical entities, completing clerical work, responding to phone calls and managing appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Record vital signs and other medical information.
• Collect samples of urine, etc.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist medical personnel during prodecdures.
• Clean office and procedure rooms.
• Explain medical procedures to patients and family members.
• Hand out medications samples to patients.
• Check in and check out patients
• Creating patient cases and medication refills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
