Location

We are a group of Primary Care and Specialty physicians striving to provide the best possible care. We listen to our patients and constantly strive to improve our skills & maintain our knowledge base. We want to continue to be regarded as the best Needham doctors.

We are located at 105 Chestnut Street, Needham, MA 02492.

Schedule

We are looking for coverage 15 hours per week: Wednesdays from 9:00am - 4:00pm and Fridays from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

General Summary/Overview

Our Medical Assistants play an integral part in the operations of our community-based physician practices. Dedicated to clinical support, the Medical Assistant ensures a smooth patient flow within the practice and assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of physician or advanced practitioner.

Qualifications - External

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant training program is strongly preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Must have phlebotomy experience.
• Current national medical assistant certification with one of the following organizations preferred.American Assoc. of Medical Assistants (AAMA) – Credential: CMA

American Medical Technologists (AMT) – Credential: RMANational Healthcare Association (NHA) – Credential: CCMANational Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) – Credential: NCMA
(National Medical Assistant Certification will be required within six months of hire)
