Job Description
Position Overview: The role of the sales representative for our company is to represent the company in a professional, competent and compliant manner. The representative will be tasked with establishing new account opportunities and maintaining those accounts with various medical facilities or in the private sector. This is a medical billing company and our goal is to acquire and sell our medical billing services to private practices, surgical centers and hospitals.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Servicing and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call or meet with potential customers to offer new services.
- Develop sales strategies and implement a plan to achieve sales objective.
- Uphold all compliance regulations.
- Keep management informed by submitting sales and analysis reports and track daily activities.
- Maintain new and current customer relationships by following up for feedback or offering any assistance with services.
- Recommend changes in service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending company meeting and continuing education.
- Stay updated on pricing, services within the market.
- Meet and exceed established sales goals.
- Travel required for this position.
Education and Experience:
- Medical Sales experience required
- 2 - 4 year college degree
- Bachelor’s (preferred)
- Relevant: 2 years (Required)
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Competencies:
- Presentation and Sales skills: Can effectively put together an effective presentation and present the relevant material to a prospective customer or business.
- Management: Effectively manages workflow and customer needs.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Email, CRM, Microsoft Teams.
- Customer Service: Demonstrates concern for meeting internal and external customer needs in a manner that provides satisfaction for the customer within the resources that can be made available.
- Communication: Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.
Work Environment: Work environment may include professional business offices, medical or outpatient facilities. Must exhibit professional appearance when conducting on site visits.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
