FULL TIME POSITION SUMMARY

Data Entry Specialist with minimum 2 year experience. Must be reliable and have great detail orientation skill. Must also be willing to adapt and learn. Skills needed include: use of computer with different software for data entry, utilizing MS Office and use of Internet.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Creating charts by following research protocol
• Enter data in various software
• Organizing lab and ordering supplies
• Focus on detail orientation and following direction to enter data
• Scheduling patients according to studies' protocol
• Organizing charts for each subject
• Follow up on work emails daily

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• One or more years of data entry experience
• Nurse Certification preferred
• Healthcare background recommended

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must have the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette
• Skilled in scheduling and confirming research participants' appointments
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Conducts routine tasks as directed; works under clearly defined guidelines
• Must have organization skills such as detail oriented, multitasking, time management and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
