Patient Service Representative- all shifts & prn- Tulsa ER & Hospital
Who We Are

Tulsa ER & Hospital is a locally owned and locally operated physician-owned hospital that specializes in emergency room services. The hospital is fully equipped and able to provide the same services as a traditional hospital emergency room but in a patient centered concierge enviroment. Tulsa ER & Hospital was designed by emergency physicians in an effort to improve the access and quality of emergency room services. Local ownership and management allows for the hospital to adapt to the needs community.

What You’ll Do

The Patient Access Rep is responsible for patient registration in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Greet and direct patients and visitors
• Collect and enter financial and demographic information
• Verify insurance and complete registration within 15 minutes of arrival
• Discuss financial collection with patients at time of service
• Register charts accurately
• Provide excellent customer service to our patients and visitors

• Demonstrate the ability to be professional, flexible and make sound decisions in stressful moments and/or situations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)
