The earning potential for Year 1 can be up to $80,000/year. The compensation consists of base hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses. Where you fall within that range is all dependent on you. Compensation will increase generously over time as you reach new levels.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HEALTH INSURANCE AGENT / MEDICARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Being coachable and having the willingness to learn

• Aptitude in Sales

• Capable of dedicating themselves to a cause

• Ability to bounce back from challenges with a positive attitude

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated

• Proficient computer skills

• Team player that enjoys a competitive environment

• Active South Carolina Health and Life Insurance License OR the ability to become licensed

If you are a Top Sales Producer, we are open to training and assisting you in getting licensed.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. During our busy seasons, we may work on some Saturdays. This is an on-site position.
