Job description
- Responsible for obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKG's, and medical history.
- Travel to patients location for appointments.
- Paid on per appointment and service provided, (this is not an hourly position).
- Bi-Weekly pay.
- Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
- Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
- Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKG's & medical history.
- Accurately labeling all samples.
- Packaging and distributing samples and paperwork to its required destinations.
- Proven experienced phlebotomist.
- Valid drivers license.
- Valid auto Insurance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
- Detail-oriented organizational skills.
- Professional, responsible, self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be computer proficient, have internet access and printer/scanner to upload completed documents.
- Must pass background and drug screen.
