With the near term opportunity to expand to multiple Mobile Service vehicles, we are looking to grow this new and exciting division of automotive service. Some of What You’ll do:

• Organize, schedule and engage with Fleet customers on new service opportunities for our customers

• Schedule and dispatch mobile service van and mobile service technicians for in the field maintenance and repairs

• Coordinate efforts to develop and expand our Mobile Service platform

• Work directly with the Parts Department to ensure all necessary parts are available

• Follow up on any special parts requests

• Develop processes to ensure customer satisfaction is of top priority

• Ensure technicians are equipped with all necessary items to complete each job in the field

• Engage with a variety of customers each day and represent Galpin and Ford Motor Company

• Apply hospitality skills by warmly greeting and engaging with customers

• Consult with the customer on work to be performed

• Engage with potential customers about Mobile Service opportunities to grow this segment of the business

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• Has a basic knowledge of vehicles

• Ability to navigate and understand automotive service software

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Professional work ethic and high integrity

• Ability to work as a team and/or independently

• Strong problem solving and follow up skills
